Responsible Business Consulting was established in 2015 and is registered under Kenya’s Companies Act and with the Kenya Revenue Authority.
We believe that long-term business success has to be rooted in adding value to society and the environment – prosperity, people and planet are interdependent. We work with our clients to develop and execute: sustainability training, strategy, reporting, stakeholder dialogues and thought-leadership events.
Corporate communications internally (our people) and externally (key stakeholders) is crucial to any organisation’s purpose, culture, strategy, brand, relationships and trust. We partner with our clients to design and deliver: communications training, strategy and action plans, internal communications and employee engagement and change management communications.

Meet Susan Njoroge, Managing Director of Responsible Business Consulting
Susan is a sustainability and communications consultant . She is passionate about sustainability, and authentic communications as key drivers for sustainable, responsible and successful businesses. She has over 20 years’ experience working with the private sector in sustainability and communications in Kenya, across Africa, Europe and Asia.
Susan is also a Senior Associate with the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and an adjunct Executive Fellow with Strathmore Business School. She is Chair of the Association of Sustainability Practitioners Kenya.
Meet Wanjiru Kamau, Administrative Coordinator & Project Manager at Responsible Business Consulting
Wanjiru Kamau is an Administrative Coordinator & Project Manager at Responsible Business Consulting (RBC), where she supports the smooth delivery of projects through coordination, documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement. She works closely with project teams to ensure operational efficiency and effective communication across initiatives. Wanjiru brings a strong interest in sustainability, responsible business practices, and building well-coordinated systems that enable impactful work across East Africa.
Meet Victoria Wishavura, ESG Associate at Responsible Business Consulting
Victoria is an ESG and data practitioner, supporting organizations through the B Corp Certification process. She leads ESG data collection, documentation, and analysis across governance, workers, community, environment, and customer impact areas. Victoria also develops tools and frameworks that strengthen RBC’s sustainability and impact advisory services and supports digital initiatives, including web content management.
